Working within the IFT’s overall mission statement, the mission of the Culinary Arts Management Degree Programme is to become the programme of choice for Culinary Arts within Macau and across its borders.

The IFT's BA Culinary Arts Programme is new programme designed with the modern hospitality professional in mind. The first cohort of students joined the 4-year course in September 2011 and graduated in 2015 and many are now fully engaged in the industry.
For incoming students, whether they intend to pursue a career as a culinary chef; a front of house manager; or an all-round culinary professional, the 4-year course draws on a wide experiential base of proven lecturers and skilled craft technicians. With worldwide experience ranging from 3,4 and 5 star hotels to Michelin restaurants to event venues and the like, the IFT draws on this vast knowledge base to deliver a well-rounded broad-based foundation from which the students can flourish.
Tasting nice food is a natural desire of human race and Culinary Club aims at providing opportunities to All IFT staffs and students to experiencing the whole process of a nice food from preparation to taste. And the Culinary Club also wants to spread the charm of this craft—Cooking.
