The Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT) is collaborating with the Galaxy Entertainment Group in hosting this year? 4th annual Tourism Education Student Summit event (TEd Summit-2019) on 29 May. This full-day event is an opportunity for IFT? top 50 graduating BSc students to share their research findings with industry leaders and the community at large.
We are delighted to inform you that the TEd Summit 2018 e-Proceedings has been published and is now available on our website. Volume 3 of this ongoing publication includes the extended abstracts from all TEd Summit invitees to the 2018 event.
This is a full-day event held on 13 June 2018. The TEd Summit 2018 is an opportunity for the top 20% of graduating students to showcase their research findings.

June 21, 2017 marks the fourth Tourism Education Student Summit event (TEd Summit-Spring 2017), hosted by the Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT).
IFT graduate Cindy Xiao presented in June at the 3rd Global Tourism and Hospitality Conference in Hong Kong a research paper on the impacts of travel insurance on travel decision making.
Undergraduate theses were completed by 121 IFT students in the first semester of academic year 2016/17. The findings of the best theses were presented at the third Tourism Education Student Summit (TEd Summit), held in January. Best Paper Award scholarships were given to 4 students.
