Receipt of notification of successful registration and payment instructions

Qualified applicants will receive the following by email:

1.    Notification of successful programme registration;

2.    Online payment instructions for the full programme fee.

Programme fee settlement

By Visa / MasterCard

Within two calendar days from the day on which online payment instructions are received

Receipt of acceptance letter

Upon successful settlement of programme fee, applicants will receive their official acceptance letters (with confirmation of accommodation*) by email.

* only for applicants settling programme fee inclusive of accommodation arrangement at Apollo Hotel Breda City Centre.

NOTE: Applicants who need to apply for an entry visa (short-stay visa) for the Netherlands (check here) should proceed with their visa application as soon as possible.

Submission of pre-arrival documents

Participants are to email the PDF files of the following to outbound@ift.edu.mo:

1.    your personal travel insurance policy summary with full coverage for your travel to and from the destination country as well as in the destination country throughout the whole programme period;

2.    your short-stay visa for the Netherlands (if you are required to have it for entering the country);

3.    your official flight confirmation / e-ticket for arrival in the Netherlands or train ticket scheduled for arrival in Breda on a date no later than 01 July 2018.
