Receipt of acceptance letter |
Upon successful settlement of programme fee, applicants will receive their official acceptance letters (with confirmation of accommodation) by email.
NOTE: Applicants who need to apply for a tourist visa for Vietnam (check here) should proceed with their visa application as soon as possible.

Submission of pre-arrival documents |
Participants are required to upload the documents by this link: 1. Your personal travel insurance policy summary with full coverage in the destination country throughout the programme periods (including the travel dates from and back to home before and after the programme); 2. Your tourist visa for Vietnam (if you are required to have it for entering the country); 3. Your official flight confirmation / e-ticket for arrival in Vietnam on a date no later than 15 June 2019. |
