Goals and objectives

- To build students’ knowledge and experience on intangible cultural heritage of Mekong delta, Vietnam.
- To learn about the integration of different groups of migrants to each other in a newly developed territory and the emergence of a new culture and social cohesion as a result of such an integration.
- To educate students about the importance of race diversity in a formation of business dynamism.
- To witness challenges that face inhabitants of rural region in globalization era.

Who can apply
|
Participants must be current registered full-time undergraduate or post-graduate students of higher education institutions, regardless of country and region, with a good command of the English language.
Mandarin and Cantonese are only options.

Dress code
|
- Comfortable clothes and footwear for high temperatures and humidity, Mekong delta can reach 35ºC, humidity can be up to 80%, tropical rain is expected, almost no-storm or typhoon.
- Smart casual wear is good enough for most lectures, visits and excursions.
- Sunscreen is recommended.
- Revealing or obscene outfit must be avoided when visiting churches, pagodas and temples.
