Master Classes launch in Macao to encourage the “inheritance” of Macanese cuisine
The Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO), in cooperation with Wynn Macau, the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ) and the Macao Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM), launched a series of Macanese Cuisine Culinary Heritage Master Classes, which will run until April next year.

The IFTM Educational Restaurant has been awarded – for a second consecutive year – a Michelin Green Star for commitment to sustainable gastronomy.
The restaurant remains Macao’s only establishment to boast such an accolade.
The best examples of destinations harnessing the power of tourism for sustainable development have been celebrated in the 2021 UNWTO Tourism Video Competition.
