CCTV programme - "Macao Two-Way Line"

The programme introduced IFTM Educational Restaurant was the first Macao establishment to be awarded a Michelin Green Star for commitment toward sustainable gastronomy by focusing on using regional produce and campus herbs garden ingredients for cooking.

IFTM appointed Macanese Gastronomy Protection Unit of National Intangible Cultural Heritage.  Educational Restaurant has created a themed corner on Macanese gastronomy, displaying old recipes, cookbooks, magazines and papers, etc.
