Complete and submit the online application form with the following attachments:
a. Mainland ID card, Hong Kong ID or Passport;
b. Most recent academic report issued by your current high school;
c. Completed and signed parental acknowledgement form.
須填妥網上報名表，並同時上載下列文件︰
a. 中國內地居民身份證，香港身份証或護照；
b. 現正就讀中學最近期發出的成績單；
c. 已簽署之家長同意書。

Receive confirmation of acceptance and online payment instructions by email.

Online payment (Visa / MasterCard / UnionPay* credit cards are accepted) and receipt will be issued by email.
* When using UnionPay as a payment method, please make sure that the overseas transaction setting is activated.

Receive payment notification by email (acceptance letter for visa application can be issued
within one week after this payment settlement).
Submit a scanned copy of your travel insurance policy (policy schedule page) and travel itinerary, upload here.
收到付款通知電郵（錄取通知書可於收到電郵後一個星期內發出）。
提交旅遊保險保單證明及來澳交通安排（航班/高鐵行程）上載連結。
