Receipt of notification of acceptance

Email notifications of acceptance confirmation will be received from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and the programme fee in full (EUR 1,300) will automatically be charged to the credit cards of the accepted applicants.

Upon successful settlement of programme fee, official acceptance letters (with confirmation of accommodation) will be emailed to applicants who need to apply for an entry visa to Portugal (check entry formalities here).

Note: once the official acceptance letter is received, applicants who need to apply for an entry visa for Portugal should proceed with their visa application as soon as possible.

Submission of pre-arrival documents

Participants are to email the PDF files of the following to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.:

1. the personal information page of your passport;
2. your personal travel insurance policy summary with full coverage in the destination country throughout the programme period;
3. your tourist visa for Portugal (if you are required to have an approved tourist visa);
4. your official flight confirmation / e-ticket for arrival at Lisbon Portela Airport on 10 July 2016.
