Receipt of notification of acceptance and online payment instructions

05 April - 17 May

Programme fee settlement

Upon successful settlement of programme fee, official acceptance letters (with confirmation of accommodation) will be issued and emailed to participants within April, for participants' application for an entry visa.

Note: once the official acceptance letter is received, applicants who need to apply for a "Toiurism and Visit" (type B2) visa for the United States (check here) should proceed with their visa application as soon as possible.

Submission of pre-arrival documents

Participants are to email the PDF files of the following to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.:

1. the personal information page of your passport;
2. your personal travel insurance policy summary with full coverage in the destination country throughout the programme period;
3. your "Tourism and Visit” (type B2) visa for the United States (if you are required to have one for entering the country);
4. your official flight confirmation / e-ticket for arrival at Chicago O’Hare International Airport on 26 June 2016.
