Fees |
Programme fee: USD2,195 (to be settled online by Visa / MasterCard / American Express)
The above fee covers the following during the programme dates:
- Instructor and coordination services;
- Twin-sharing bedroom accommodation in 2/3-bedroom dormitory apartment unit (for 13 nights; check-in on 26 June, check-out on 09 July);
- Arrival pick-up at Chicago O’Hare International Airport on 26 June (at times specified in agenda);
- Group transfer to Chicago O’Hare International Airport on 09 July (time to be confirmed);
- City of Chicago Bus & Train pass (valid throughout programme period, for unlimited rides);
- Meals addressed in the programme agenda;
- All organised visits;
- Certificate of Attendance.
Other self-arrangements (not covered by the programme fee)
- Travelling to and from the destination city;
- Travel insurance policy covering travel and programme period;
- Entry visa (tourist visa), if necessary;
- Meals not addressed in the programme agenda;
- Activities on individual expense, per specified in the programme agenda;
- Miscellaneous individual expenses.

Dress code |
- Revealing or obscene outfit must be avoided at all times.
- Business-casual attire is required for presentations, welcoming reception and farewell drink.
- Smart-casual wear is recommended for most lectures, visits and excursions.
- In accordance with Kendall College’s dress code policy, participants must not wear:
- clothing that is too sheer, revealing, or tight-fitting
- athletic shoes, sneakers, thong sandals, or slippers
- denim of any colour (including jackets, pants, shirts, skirts and dresses)
- T-shirts, shirts with offensive/derogatory or large lettering or logos
- midriff tops, tank tops, halter tops, and tops with thin/spaghetti straps, unless worn under another blouse, jacket or sweater
- shorts of any type
- mini-shirts and spaghetti-strap dresses
- knee-knocker pants or pedal-pushers (calf-length trousers)
- sweatpants, sweatshirts, bib overalls, spandex, leggings, or other form-fitting pants
