Receipt of notification of successful registration and online payment instructions

05 April - 18 May

Programme fee settlement

Upon successful settlement of programme fee, official acceptance letters (with confirmation of accommodation) will be emailed to applicants who need to apply for an entry visa.

Note: once the official acceptance letter is received, applicants who need to apply for an entry visa (short-stay visa) for the Netherlands (check here) should proceed with their visa application as soon as possible.

Submission of pre-arrival documents

Participants are to email the PDF files of the following to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.:

1. the personal information page of your passport;
2. your personal travel insurance policy summary with full coverage in the destination country throughout the programme period;
3. your short-stay visa for the Netherlands (if you are required to have it for entering the country);
4. your official flight confirmation / e-ticket for arrival in the Netherlands or train ticket scheduled for arrival in Breda on a date no later than 03 July 2016.
