The 4rd Green Fashion Show has held on 7th April at the Amphitheatre of IFT, this competition is organized by Student Union of IFT and the theme is “Noah Ark”. Nowadays, people always pursuit material and ignore the environmental protection, such as light pollution, water pollution, noisy pollution and energy consumption. We always hear lots of news about the rare animal extinction or precious resources shortage. Therefore, do you aware those precious things become less and less? Moreover, we hope that can make teenager have an awareness of the mainly environmental pollution. It is not necessary to use money to get everything. At the same time, all participators can show their creative design and also know the message of environmental protection and resource conservation.
In the competition, we have 1st Runner-up: MOP 2500 and trophy, 2nd Runner-up: MOP 2000 and trophy, 3rd Runner-up: MOP 1500 and trophy, the most Favorite Design and the most creatively design which will be voted by audiences. The competition attracted 24 teams, an encouraging record-breaking result. Eventually, 10 teams were selected to the final round. They tried their best to win the Champion. 1st Runner-up is team C of the student union of the KaoYip secondary school, 2nd Runner-up is Love to laugh eyes, 3rd Runner-up is Surprise, the most Favorite Design is Surprise and the most creatively design is team C of the student union of the KaoYip secondary school.Institute for Tourism Studies has been promoting environmental protection. Therefore, our student union holds the green fashion show every year in order to support and promote the important of environmental awareness. Moreover, we hope citizens can have a deeper understanding of environmental protection.
