Option A
(Self-arranged accommodation)
EUR1,349/per student
The above fee covers the following during the programme dates:
 Instructor and coordination services;
 Group transfer from Apollo Hotel Breda City Centre to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport on 12 July (0900 - 1000);
 Group transportation per stated in the agenda;
 Lunches and dinners per stated in the agenda;
 All organised visits and group activities.







Option B
(Inclusive of accommodation)
EUR1,809/per student

If more than 3 students from the same institute enrol, each student will be provided a refund of EUR100.

The above fee covers the following during the programme dates:

 Instructor and coordination services;
 Twin-sharing bedroom accommodation in Apollo Hotel Breda City Centre, with daily breakfast, for 11 nights (check-in on 01 July, check-out on 12 July);
 Group transfer from Apollo Hotel Breda City Centre to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport on 12 July (0900 - 1000);
 Group transportation per stated in the agenda;
 Lunches and dinners per stated in the agenda;
 All organised visits and group activities.


Other self-arrangements


The following items are not covered by the programme fee, and are subject to individual self-arrangements:
  • Travelling to and from the destination city;
  • Travelling to Apollo Hotel Breda City Centre from port of arrival;
  • Transportation not stated in the agenda;
  • Meals not stated in the agenda;
  • Travel insurance policy covering travel and programme period;
  • Short-stay visa, if necessary;
  • Miscellaneous individual expenses.
